Our client is seeking a highly skilled technology professional to support enterprise CRM, Contact Center, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The organization supports a broad portfolio of technologies and works across multiple locations and teams to provide reliable, scalable, and secure systems. This is an opportunity for an experienced MS Dynamics Engineer to take ownership of a critical enterprise platform, work cross-functionally, and help shape the continued development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$55/hr - $65/hr
Position Overview:
The MS Dynamics Engineer will serve as the technical owner of a Dynamics 365 CRM and Contact Center platform and the Microsoft Power Platform surrounding it. The MS Dynamics Engineer will design and build custom solutions, manage integrations across Microsoft and third-party ecosystems, and help establish the technical direction for continued platform growth. This is a hands-on senior-level opportunity for an engineer who enjoys deep technical ownership and solving complex enterprise challenges.
Responsibilities of the MS Dynamics Engineer:
- Own solution architecture, custom development, and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 CRM and Contact Center platforms.
- Build custom solutions using C#, JavaScript, .NET, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
- Develop plugins and custom workflows within Dynamics 365.
- Design and build Power Platform solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Implement and support AI-powered capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot and Contact Center AI.
- Support features such as sentiment analysis, agent assistance, and real-time transcription.
- Build and maintain integrations using Azure services, Azure Integration Services, and APIs.
- Manage deployments and source control using Azure DevOps.
- Support SharePoint integrations for knowledge management.
- Own platform performance, security, role-based access, and data integrity.
- Provide escalated technical support and troubleshoot complex platform issues.
- Partner with external vendors and Microsoft on technical issues and solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and engineering standards.
- Track the Microsoft technology roadmap and lead adoption of relevant capabilities.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance windows and occasional off-hours support for critical incidents.
Required Experience/Skills for the MS Dynamics Engineer:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an MS Dynamics Engineer or similar Dynamics 365 development role.
- Strong Dynamics 365 CRM development experience, including custom development.
- Strong proficiency with C#, JavaScript, .NET, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
- Advanced Power Platform experience across Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Experience building integrations with Azure services, Azure Integration Services, and APIs.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server, relational data modeling, and ETL.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for Dynamics 365 deployments.
- Strong understanding of CRM development principles, SDLC, SaaS best practices, and enterprise application development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take ownership of complex technical initiatives and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the MS Dynamics Engineer:
- Production experience with Contact Center AI, Microsoft Copilot, or Power Virtual Agents.
- Experience with Okta identity integrations.
- Experience with Stripe payment integrations.
- SharePoint Online administration experience.
- Experience working in a nonprofit environment.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, or MB-210.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting data migration and archival initiatives.
- Experience with IT service management.
- Experience providing technical support for enterprise CRM and Contact Center platforms.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
