ARK Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Owner to drive emerging products with the Products Team. You will manage a refined backlog, create ready-to-develop user stories, and work with business partners and engineering to deliver on solid timelines.

Responsibilities include prioritizing features, guiding stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and project schedules. This role supports hybrid work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of information technology application design or development experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience as a product owner or product manager.
• Experience with Agile Development methodology and CSPO/CSM certification is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and SmartSheets.
• Experience with Kiosk, Self-service or Hotel guests.

Education and Experience/ Required

• 7+ years' experience in information technology application design or development with Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience as a product owner or product manager experience
