Veolia Environnement SA in Boulder, Colorado, seeks a Product Operations Specialist to own and maintain product data across SAP and SalesForce, ensuring accurate data through the lifecycle from setup to end-of-life.

You will standardize processes, develop SOPs and playbooks, and track KPIs while collaborating with product management, development teams in Jira, and stakeholders to enable successful go-to-market for new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience (4+ years).
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a product-centric role.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce CPQ module.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and initiative for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain accurate, complete product data across SAP and CPQ platforms, including configurations, pricing, SKUs, and portfolio attributes.
• Serve as SME for product-related data within SAP and SalesForce systems for product management.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle data from setup to end-of-life activities.
• Audit product data regularly to identify gaps and errors across systems.
• Support new product launches by ensuring data is entered and validated prior to go-to-market.
• Collaborate with developers in Jira to enhance SalesForce functionality and CPQ logic.
