Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to own and maintain product data across SAP and Salesforce, focusing on accurate lifecycle data from setup through end-of-life. You will audit data for consistency, support new product launches, and drive standardized processes across the product management function.

You will collaborate with developers on CPQ enhancements, maintain SOPs, and track KPIs to optimize operations.

Qualifications

Experience in product operations or related business operations.
Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce CPQ.
Strong analytical and data accuracy focus for product data.
Ability to document and improve business processes.
Proven project management skills with task prioritization.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate product data across SAP and CPQ platforms, including configurations and pricing.
Serve as SME for product data within SAP and Salesforce.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle data from setup to end-of-life.
Audit data to identify inconsistencies and resolve issues.
Support new product launches with validated data in SAP and Salesforce.
Collaborate with Jira developers to enhance Salesforce functionality and CPQ logic.
Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and process docs for product management.
Lead continuous improvements and establish KPIs to measure process health.
