lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead for our Tampa store to drive product strategy execution, inventory accuracy, and back-of-house operations while maintaining an exceptional guest experience. You will lead inventory shifts, coach team members, participate in hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty to ensure world-class product education on the floor.

Applicants should have at least 1 year retail experience, with knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and scheduling

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of work experience in retail or related field.
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising or logistics.
• Experience leading or mentoring others.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Oversee product actions such as pull backs and price changes.
• Engage team members to create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor stock levels and support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily data to inform leadership decisions.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding and training activities.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Lead by example as Supervisor on Duty on the floor.
