Job summary

Jewelers Mutual Group is seeking a Product Operations professional to drive how product tooling is used across squads, delivering playbooks and standards for Jira, Jira Product Discovery and Productboard. You will enable Product Managers, Designers, and UX Researchers to focus more on strategy and customer value.

The role emphasizes operationalization, enablement, and tight cross-functional coordination, with a focus on improving workflows, tracking progress, and publishing decisions and next

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Product Management.
• Ability to operationalize processes and tools, facilitate planning, and drive adoption through enablement.
• Strong written communication skills and comfort building reusable documentation and playbooks.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Productboard, and Slack/ChatOps.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational setup and ongoing hygiene of product tooling (e.g., Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Productboard), including playbooks and standards.
• Identify friction points across squads, simplify workflows, and drive adoption through enablement.
• Coordinate planning prep — inputs, pre-reads, readiness checks — and publish outcomes with decisions and next steps.
• Design and deliver enablement sessions and onboarding resources for the Product Group and cross-functional partners.
• Support squads with tactical coordination, including timelines, dependencies, and action tracking.
• Improve visibility into progress indicators and analytics without overhead, surfacing cross-team impacts.
• Gather feedback and run small experiments to improve product org execution and collaboration.
