Job summary

MeeBoss is seeking a Product Operations & Customer Engagement Associate to bridge product ops, customer engagement, insights, and retention. You will collaborate with business customers and end users to understand usage, identify friction, and translate into opportunities to improve adoption and long-term retention.

This role emphasizes proactive relationship-building, feedback systems, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong curiosity about customers, their behavior, and how products are used in the real world.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with B2B or SaaS products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product operations and improve internal workflows.
• Manage and organize customer feedback, feature requests, and product issues.
• Build systems for tracking customer insights and recurring product needs.
• Identify patterns across customer feedback and usage behavior.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer issues.
• Help improve processes for product launches, feature rollouts, and customer communication.
• Track customer feedback after new features are released and evaluate impact.
• Build strong relationships with business customers and understand their workflows and goals.
• Proactively reach out to accounts to understand workflows, goals, challenges, and needs.
• Represent the voice of the customer in discussions with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
