Job summary

MeeBoss in Bellevue, WA seeks a Head of Marketing to lead user growth from 0 to 1 with a strong focus on marketplace dynamics. You will build and scale growth across both sides of the platform, defining who our valuable users are and how to attract, engage, and retain them.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth, marketing, or product growth roles.
• Proven experience driving 0→1 user growth in early-stage startups.
• Strong experience with marketplace or two-sided platforms.
• Deep understanding of supply-demand dynamics and growth loops.
• Hands-on experimentation with AB testing, funnel optimization, onboarding.
• Highly data-driven with a strong bias for action.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall user growth strategy.
• Drive acquisition, activation, and retention across the funnel.
• Identify early PMF signals and double down on what works.
• Build & Scale Marketplace Growth and supply/demand strategies.
• Solve cold-start and liquidity challenges for both sides of the marketplace.
• Build scalable growth loops between both sides of the marketplace.
• Prioritize high-value user segments and refine ICP based on data.
• Lead messaging, activation & conversion, onboarding improvements.
• Identify and test high-leverage acquisition channels and run rapid experiments.
• Build a repeatable, scalable growth playbook and lead a lean team.
