Job summary

Canary Technologies is hiring for a Product Operations leader in New York with expertise in building durable product data infrastructure. You will own analytics tooling (Omni, Amplitude, Looker), define KPI standards, and manage end-to-end lifecycle processes from alpha to GA across multiple product portfolios.

You will design the onboarding program for new PMs, coordinate voice-of-customer feedback with GTM and Support, and drive cross-functional efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product operations, strategy & operations, analytics, or a related role at a B2B SaaS scale
• Builder of systems, not a task manager; you’ve kept infrastructure running
• Strong SQL and hands-on BI/analytics tool experience (Omni, Amplitude, Looker) and can build dashboards
• Track record of owning KPI frameworks and instrumentation across products
• Sharp PM who can run alpha → beta → GA lifecycle across a multi-product org
• Excellent communicator who turns operational realities into clear frameworks and gains buy-in
• Bonus: hospitality tech, enterprise SaaS with strategic accounts, or scaling product analytics

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics stack end-to-end: instrumentation, event taxonomy, metrics, dashboards, NPS/CSAT architecture across products
• Own alpha → beta → GA process and RACI, gates, and GTM handoffs
• Manage changes to existing products and keep voice-of-customer loops with GTM, Support, and product
• Own repeatable PM onboarding tied to the PM ladder and ramp times
• Take on high-leverage work (offsites, annual planning, cross-functional initiatives) as assigned
