Job summary

Alkami Technology is seeking a Strategic Product Portfolio Manager to define and advance enterprise‑level Product Operations standards and enable consistent planning, portfolio visibility, and data‑driven decisions across cross‑functional R&D teams.

With remote‑first culture, the role drives adoption of portfolio standards through influence, not direct authority, and collaborates with Finance, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Engineering to improve outputs.

Qualifications

Advanced experience designing product portfolio, Product Operations, planning, or governance practices across multiple cross-functional teams.
Ability to develop new methods, procedures, standards, and evaluation criteria for complex assignments with limited precedent.
Advanced proficiency with Jira and data governance, workflow, and reporting standards within product delivery environments.
Strong analytical capability with spreadsheet tools and reporting or data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise Product Operations standards by designing and maintaining portfolio methods, templates, lifecycle states, and readiness criteria.
Reinforce Jira as a reliable source of truth for Product and Engineering work with governance across teams.
Design portfolio measurement frameworks and reporting approaches for planning and delivery.
Lead cross‑functional workshops to drive adoption of portfolio standards and improvements.
