BigPanda is seeking a remote Product Operations professional to own launches, releases, and cross-functional handoffs. You will design workflows in Linear and DevRev, automate processes with AI tools, and partner with product, GTM, and R&D to accelerate the roadmap.

Bring 4+ years in product operations at a SaaS company, plus experience shipping automation and managing cross-functional reviews. A bachelor’s degree is required and you’ll work from a remote US-based setup.

About the Role:

BigPanda's product organization is building a next-generation, agentic model for software delivery. Launches, releases and the handoffs between R&D, product management and the downstream teams run on a largely automated process, with careful human management where the stakes are highest. This role owns that process day to day.

You will work directly with product managers and GTM teams to run every major launch, keep the full release stream accurate and on process, and build the systems and workflows in Linear, DevRev and the AI tooling around them that let the roadmap move faster with fewer hands on it. The process is new, and much of it is yours to design.

What you will do:

Launch and release execution

• Run tier 1 launches end to end. Own readiness from early access through general availability: the plan, the cross-functional checkpoints, the go/no-go, the date.
• Keep the full release stream on process. Minor releases and enhancements move through the same gates with systems doing the tracking. You make sure the record is accurate and the handoffs hold, upstream and downstream.
• Own the launch calendar as the single source of truth for what is shipping and when, and publish readiness status to the organization on a cadence.
• Program-manage large go-to-market motions, including SKO and Customer Advisory Board preparation.
• KPI management and Operational Analytics. Help define and track Product delivery KPIs, present them in relevant forums, collaborate with stakeholders on identifying anomalies and building improvement and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Business Operation people across the organization to drive cross-organizational programs, alignment, and improvement plansTooling and automation

Tooling and automation

• Administer Linear and DevRev for the product organization: configuration, user management, data quality, and the vendor relationship for both.
• Build the workflows that connect them. Design and ship the automations, AI agents and integrations that carry work between R&D, product management and the downstream teams.
• Drive toward speed and efficiency. Treat every repeated manual step as a candidate for automation, and measure the reduction.
• Keep the data trustworthy, so the organization can report from the tools without cleanup.

• Tier 1 launches land on date with every readiness requirement met.
• Every release, major or minor, is visible in one place, and leadership can see status without asking.
• Linear and DevRev are the trusted system of record for product delivery.
• Manual coordination falls quarter over quarter as workflows move into automation.
• You are part of a cross-company virtual team of business operations people with productive collaboration improving the overall company performance.

What skills and experience you’ll bring to BigPanda:

• 4+ years in product operations, technical program management or launch management at a SaaS company.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• You have shipped automation that replaced a manual process, with Claude or another LLM, no-code tools, webhooks or scripts, and can walk us through it.
• You work with AI tools every day and keep pace with what they can do.
• You have administered Linear, Jira or a comparable system of record.
• You run cross-functional reviews with senior people in the room and hold them to their agenda and their date.
• You see a process and ask whether it should exist at all.
• You are a strong collaborator with good communication skills and ability to influence without authority-.

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $136,000 - $160,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
