Verily Health is seeking a seasoned Product Operations Program Manager to scale our product development engine, optimize end-to-end delivery, and drive operational excellence across Product, TPM, UX and data teams. You will establish governance, standardize feature prioritization, and manage timelines, risks, and communication through Confluence hubs to ensure on-time launches and cohesive roadmaps.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or healthcare field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of program management or product operations in healthtech or digital health.
• Fluency with Jira and Confluence; ability to manage multi-team projects and dashboards.
• Experience with AI productivity tools (Google Gemini, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate workflows.
• Strong communication and ability to summarize for executives and tactical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Translate product strategy into iterative, actionable plans for launches.
• Manage day-to-day workstreams and cross-functional dependencies.
• Identify gaps and drive rapid, cross-functional problem solving.
• Lead operational rhythm and communication, including Confluence hubs.
• Define scalable systems and align roadmaps across PRE products.
