Job summary

Oak Essentials, founded by Jenni Kayne, is seeking a Product Operations & Logistics Manager to keep products moving from formula testing to the warehouse shelf. You will manage our 3PL partner, coordinate inbound/outbound freight, and maintain the master project timeline to align Product Development and Operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable owning vendor and carrier relationships end-to-end, and able to run recurring, deadline-driven processes with full autonomy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or product development support - beauty/CPG strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience working with a 3PL or warehouse partner and coordinating freight (LTL, FTL, and parcel).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strong written communication for vendor- and partner-facing correspondence.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask deadline-driven workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our 3PL partner, managing receiving, storage, pick/pack, and fulfillment issues.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate cycle counts, reconcile 3PL inventory vs NetSuite, resolve discrepancies.
• Track 3PL performance against service levels and report trends.
• Review and reconcile 3PL invoices and flag billing errors.
• Coordinate inbound freight from contract manufacturers to the 3PL and outbound shipments to retailers.
• Own Monday.com boards for NPD, reformulation, and operations projects and maintain timelines.
