Job summary

Jenni Kayne is seeking a dynamic Product Development & Production Associate to support the day-to-day operations of the Product Development and Production team in California. You will coordinate samples, materials, and vendor communication to ensure seasonal milestones are met, working closely with cross-functional partners and external vendors from concept through production.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in product development, production, or a related role within apparel, footwear, or accessories.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving parts while meeting timelines.
• Strong in Excel and comfortable navigating Microsoft Office.
• Experience with PLM (WFX a plus) and ERP (Netsuite a plus).
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and confident communicator.

Responsibilities

• Track WIPs, fabrics, samples and approvals to meet calendar milestones.
• Prepare vendor packages with swatches and shipment docs.
• Monitor sample and material shipments and update timing.
• Maintain data in PLM, WIP trackers, costing sheets, and calendars.
• Support execution of seasonal SKU plan for Apparel, Shoes, and Accessories.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time milestones.
• Assist with item and purchase order creation in Netsuite.
• Perform additional admin tasks to support the Product Development and Production team.
