TriNet, a leading HR solutions provider, is seeking a Lead Product Operations Analyst in Atlanta to shape and scale the product operating model. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design and other stakeholders to drive end-to-end lifecycle improvements from discovery to delivery.

This hands-on role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process optimization at scale, and measurable impact. You will design and implement operations frameworks to boost efficiency and accelerate value

Qualifications

Must have end-to-end ownership of product ops initiatives.
Ability to translate product data into actionable insights.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering and Design teams.
Experience applying Agile/Lean methodologies in product environments.
Excel in data-driven decision making and operational rigor.

Responsibilities

Lead product lifecycle process excellence in partnership with Engineering, Business, and Portfolio/Program leaders to enable scalable, high impact delivery.
Lead the adoption of modern product methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean), tailoring practices to organizational maturity.
Lead data driven storytelling that translates product performance metrics into clear insights for decision making.
Lead strategic recommendations on operational priorities and risks critical to the product organization’s success.
Lead cross-business alignment to ensure product execution advances company-wide strategic objectives.
