Job description

As a Lead Product Operations Analyst within TriNet’s Products organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling a best-in‑class product operating model. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence across the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from ideation and discovery through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.

This is an highly hands‑on, outcomes‑driven role with ownership of iterative process improvement at scale. You will lead the design, implementation, and measurement of product operations frameworks, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making while enabling teams to deliver value faster and with greater impact.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities
  • Lead product lifecycle process excellence in partnership with Engineering, Business, and Portfolio/Program leaders to enable scalable, high‑impact delivery.
  • Lead the adoption of modern product methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean), tailoring practices to organizational maturity to maximize effectiveness and uptake.
  • Lead data‑driven storytelling that translates product performance metrics into clear insights on company outcomes and decision‑making.
  • Lead strategic recommendations on operational priorities and risks critical to the success and scalability of the product organization.
  • Lead cross‑business alignment to ensure product execution advances shared, company‑wide strategic objectives.
