Job summary

Acxiom is offering a product operations internship starting January 11, 2027. The role requires 20 to 29 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during summer and academic breaks.

Candidates should have an anticipated graduation date between May 2027 and December 2027. You will support product and program planning, assist with operational reporting, dashboards, OKR updates, and help document workflows across Workday, Jira, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Product Management, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, CS, Marketing, Media, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to translate complex information into clear documentation and insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate with internal partners and provide status updates.
• Lead or contribute to project teams in academic, professional, or volunteer settings.
• Attention to detail and persistence in completing assignments.
• Proactive learning and initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in product operations, AI, advertising tech, or enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support product and program planning by maintaining milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and action items.
• Assist with recurring operational reporting, portfolio dashboards, OKR updates, and leadership materials.
• Analyze product, program and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support setup and maintenance across Workday, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, Teams, and other platforms.
• Help maintain Workday project information, including resource allocations and end dates.
• Review allocations to identify potential conflicts or overallocation.
• Assist with product requirements and project documentation.
• Document workflows for product, platform, data, partner, and integration efforts.
• Support workflow automation and use of AI to improve productivity.
• Conduct market, partner, ecosystem, and competitive research for product decisions.
• Develop playbooks, training resources, and enablement materials.
• Support governance, reviews, and audits for Product or Program Management.
• Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and track actions.
• Review status reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide coverage during planned absences and short-term needs.
• Support Product Operations initiatives and professional development programs.
• Complete and present a defined internship project with measurable outcomes.
