Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Operations Intern to support planning, coordination, measurement, and continuous improvement of product and technology initiatives across the Product organization.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, Enablement, Compliance, and Program Management teams to translate strategy into coordinated execution, gaining hands-on experience in operations, data analysis, documentation, and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Product Management, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, CS, Marketing, or Media.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to organize complex information into clear documentation, insights, and next steps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support product and program planning by maintaining milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and action items.
• Assist with recurring operational reporting, portfolio dashboards, OKR updates, and leadership materials.
• Analyze product, program, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support setup and maintenance across Workday, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, Teams, and other tools.
• Document product, platform, data, partner, and integration workflows.
• Complete and present a defined internship project with measurable recommendations.
