Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Operations Intern to support planning, coordination, measurement, and continuous improvement of product and technology initiatives. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, Enablement, Compliance, and Program Management teams to translate strategy into execution.

The internship starts January 11, 2027, with 20–29 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours during breaks. Anticipated graduation between May 2027 and December 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Product Management, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, CS, Marketing or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to organize complex information into clear documentation, insights and next steps.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Support product and program planning by maintaining milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and action items.
• Produce operational reporting, dashboards, OKR updates, and leadership materials.
• Analyze product, program, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with project setup across Workday, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, Teams.
• Document product, platform and data workflows; support automation for reporting and research.
• Develop playbooks and enablement materials for internal teams.
