Job summary

Acxiom invites a Product Operations Intern to join our Product organization. You will support planning, measurement, and continuous improvement of product and technology initiatives while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, Enablement, Compliance, and PM teams.

The role begins January 11, 2027, with 20–29 hrs/week during the semester and up to 40 hrs/week in summer/breaks. You’ll gain hands-on experience across operations, data analysis, process improvement, and research.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s in Product Management, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, CS, Marketing, or related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to organize complex information into clear docs and insights
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration with partners
• Experience leading or contributing to project teams in academic, professional, or volunteer settings
• Proactive learning and initiative; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in product operations, data, identity, AI, or enterprise platforms

Responsibilities

• Support product and program planning by tracking milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and actions
• Assist with recurring operational reporting, dashboards, OKR updates, and leadership materials
• Analyze product, program, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Assist with project setup and maintenance across Workday, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, Teams
• Help maintain Workday project information including resource allocations, hours, and end dates
• Review team allocations to identify resource conflicts or over-allocation
• Document product, platform, data, partner, and integration workflows
• Support workflow automation and responsible use of AI to improve reporting and productivity
• Conduct structured market, partner, ecosystem, and competitive research to support decisions
• Develop playbooks, training resources, and enablement materials for teams
• Support governance activities, project reviews, and audits
• Coordinate project meetings and follow up on actions
• Review status reports and presentations for completeness and accuracy
• Provide limited PM coverage during planned absences and short-term needs
• Support Product Operations initiatives, team events, and development programs
• Complete and present an internship project with measurable outcomes
