Job summary

Acxiom is offering a Product Operations Intern role, working remotely from Homebased with part-time hours. You will support planning, data analysis, and process improvements across product, engineering, data, and governance teams.

You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder enablement, with opportunities to lead an internship project and contribute to operational excellence within our Product Organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Product Management, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, CS, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear documentation and insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Support product and program planning by maintaining milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and actions.
• Assist with operational reporting, dashboards, OKR updates, and leadership materials.
• Analyze product, program, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support project setup and maintenance across Workday, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, Teams.
• Maintain Workday project information including resources and timelines.
• Review allocations to identify resource conflicts and over-allocation.
• Document product, platform, data, partner, and integration workflows.
• Support workflow automation and use of AI to improve reporting and research.
• Conduct market, partner, ecosystem, and competitive research for decisions.
• Develop playbooks, training resources, and enablement materials for teams.
