Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor in Taylor, TX, is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead a team of 10–15 specialists in a high-volume fab. You will drive safety, quality, and output while implementing production strategies and communicating across shop floor to senior leadership.

This full-time role follows a compressed work week with 12-hour shifts on a Sunday–Tuesday schedule and alternating Wednesdays, with occasional off-shift support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory analysis, production control, capacity planning, or Lean/Six Sigma.
• Experience in managing teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 10–15 manufacturing personnel on shift.
• Analyze WIP and optimize line efficiency.
• Communicate with leadership using shift issue summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks.
