ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, is seeking a Sr. Staff Customer and Product Quality Engineer to lead customer and product quality from NPI to mass production for hyperscale/AI servers.

You will mentor quality engineers, drive issue resolution across engineering and manufacturing, and partner with customers to exceed expectations. The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, strong data analysis, and the ability to navigate global teams while delivering robust corrective actions and continuous

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 8+ years in computer/electronic manufacturing or similar
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge or certification desired
• Track and resolve customer quality issues across multi-functional teams
• Capable of interfacing with all levels of the organization including executives

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers and suppliers to meet satisfaction and scorecard goals
• Provide day-to-day guidance to customer and product quality engineers
• Drive resolution of issues within SLA
• Identify and implement process improvements across teams
• Build data-driven quality culture and proactive quality metrics
• Host quality audits and customer visits
• Advocate for the customer across manufacturing and design teams
