You will collaborate with Product, Editorial, Editorial, and CMS teams; manage agile workflows; handle high-pressure, live environments; and help build redundancy for major events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in digital publishing or content operations.
• Experience with CMS and DAM platforms and publishing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product operations and publishing for News digital platforms.
• Maintain publishing processes, tools, and operational best practices.
• Assist with widget setup, coordination, and execution for News and election-related initiatives.
• Support publishing operations across News workflows to ensure timely and accurate content delivery, processes, tools, and operational best practices.
• Build operational redundancy for election and major event coverage.
• Partner with Product, Editorial, and CMS/platform teams to support daily execution and delivery.
• Prioritize and manage work across multiple initiatives using agile workflows.
• Monitor, triage, and resolve operational issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Perform additional operational responsibilities as assigned.
