Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Operations Manager, Delivery Manager or similar, supporting multiple concurrent projects or customer accounts.
• A genuine strength in visualising complicated information: maps, journey maps, service blueprints, and actor maps.
• Comfort in digging into project requirements across multiple stakeholders and customers.
• Experience designing or improving an intake/triage process for product teams.
• Practical experience with automations and connectors to streamline repeatable processes.

• Own the internal customer request intake process for AI customer projects.
• Map the process flow for each customer project you support.
• Produce clear visual documentation that makes complex data easy to understand.
• Map and pattern-match across pilot projects to surface commonalities and templates.
• Build automations, connectors, and lightweight tooling to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with client-facing and product teams to translate project details into actionable structure.
