Arrive Logistics is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Product team in Chicago. You will translate business needs into clear specs and collaborate with design and engineering to deliver end-to-end capabilities that enhance user experience.

You will partner with the Sr. Product Manager, manage daily execution, and contribute to an operational, data-driven product culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 0–3 years in product operations, business analysis, or related roles preferred.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day team operations across product, design, and engineering to deliver roadmap commitments.
• Write and maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Lead agile ceremonies including standups, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
