Job summary

Arrive Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Product team in Chicago. You will partner with a Sr.

Product Manager to translate business requirements into clear technical specs and ensure smooth delivery of capabilities that enhance user experience. You will bridge product, design, and engineering, applying analytical rigor and strong communication to drive product success across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
0–3 years in product operations, business analysis, logistics operations, or similar.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications preferred.
Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and product teams.
B2B/freight or logistics background is a plus.
Familiar with agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
Strong written and verbal communication to articulate requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day team operations across product, design, and engineering to deliver roadmap commitments.
Write and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specs based on strategy and requirements.
Lead agile processes including standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and tracking.
Support Product Manager with research, stakeholder interviews, and documenting requirements.
Handle operational issues and serve as primary contact for product functionality questions.
Create and maintain product documentation (feature guides, FAQs, release notes).
Collect and synthesize user and stakeholder feedback to inform improvements.
Assist with incident responses and post-mortems to drive process improvements.
