Job summary

Slalom, based in Nashville, seeks an exceptional leader to guide large-scale transformations in product operating models and new ways of working. You will architect and lead initiatives that reshape how organizations build, deliver, and evolve products, with focus on AI integration and value streams.

You will manage client engagements from discovery to sustainment, design playbooks, coach leaders, and establish governance and measurement frameworks to prove ROI and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product operating models and leading transformations.
• Strong knowledge of lean portfolio management and value stream practices (SAFe LPM, Lean Budgets).
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks and enterprise agility initiatives.
• Current understanding of AI impact on product development and AI-powered tools.
• Proven ability to work with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery through implementation and sustainment.
• Create customized product operating model frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits.
• Deliver executive workshops, coach leaders, and build internal capability.
• Stand up pilot value streams, ceremonies, and portfolio management systems.
• Define success metrics and demonstrate ROI and business value.
• Contribute to Slalom’s intellectual capital and support business development.
