Job summary

FORCE America, Inc. seeks a Marketing Specialist for our Savage, MN headquarters. This in-person role designs, delivers marketing programs to support product lines, and collaborates with Product Management, eCommerce, Engineering and Sales to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, 2–5 years of marketing experience, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with branding, copywriting, and multi-channel campaigns is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of related Marketing experience.
• Previous graphic design experience preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Design products.
• Branding principles and tactics understanding.
• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement marketing programs to support specific product lines.
• Maintain relationships with Product Management, eCommerce, Engineering and Sales to drive initiatives.
• Develop promotional materials for multiple marketing channels.
• Create and deliver press releases and company announcements.
• Write copy for internal and external websites, literature and ads.
• Ensure brand messages are consistent across channels.
• Update website content and maintain branding across brands.
• Develop understanding of key value propositions for all divisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
