This role partners with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure scalable, reliable CRM infrastructure and data quality. The ideal candidate will manage CRM objects, pipelines, automation, integrations, and reporting, while maintaining governance standards and supporting cross-brand needs.
The HubSpot CRM Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and governance of the company's HubSpot platform across multiple brands. As the primary platform administrator, this individual contributor ensures HubSpot remains a scalable, reliable, and well-governed foundation for customer engagement, marketing operations, and lifecycle communications.
Partnering across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, this role owns platform configuration, data quality, integrations, automation, technical troubleshooting, AI enablement, and reporting while balancing centralized governance with brand-specific needs.
