Principle Business Enterprises, Inc. (PBE) seeks a Facilities Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance, manage the preventative maintenance program, and oversee a team across the Dunbridge and Bowling Green locations.
You will coordinate contractors, drive safety, and champion PBE's values as a visible leader in our facilities. The role requires 5+ years in facilities or manufacturing maintenance, leadership experience, and strong planning and problem-solving abilities.

Must be able to stand or sit for long periods; use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Requires close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
