Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Product Marketing Manager — Tech to own the narrative for the Serverless portfolio, including Lambda, EventBridge, and Step Functions.

You will work with product and engineering leaders to shape roadmaps and craft messaging that developers and architects use when describing modern architectures. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategies, deliver compelling technical demos, and influence product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology field.
• Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• 3+ years of direct experience working with customers on cloud technology adoption.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud architectures in technical domains (Analytics, Developer Tools, Compute, Databases, Gen AI).

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning and launches for one or more AWS Serverless products, from naming and messaging through launch day execution and post-launch iteration.
• Translate complex serverless architectures into customer value with technical narratives and reference architectures.
• Influence product strategy by synthesizing signals from customer conversations, competitive intelligence, and usage data.
• Represent products in executive briefings, re:Invent talks, analyst interactions, and field enablement sessions.
• Drive adoption with technical audiences by developing content strategies for developers, architects, and tech decision-makers.
• Partner cross-functionally with product management, developer relations, solutions architecture, and sales to align on ICPs and GTM motions.
