Safety Mojo in Sandy, Utah is hiring its first Product Marketing Manager to bridge field safety needs, product development, and sales enablement. This hands-on, individual contributor role reports to founders and the CRO, with no team beneath you.

You will own market problems to launch, build buyer personas centered on safety and operations leaders, and develop messaging frameworks Gather Better / See Earlier / Act Faster while coordinating launches and training across Sales and CS.

Competenze

• 3–6 years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Direct experience running win/loss interviews and turning qualitative input into positioning.
• Comfortable partnering directly with founders/CRO and influencing roadmap with market evidence.
• Strong written communication; able to write a battlecard and launch email quickly.
• Experience leveraging AI tools like Claude to boost productivity.
• Bonus: experience in EHS, industrial safety, construction tech, or related field.

• Own the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle from market problems to launch to sales enablement.
• Maintain and sharpen buyer personas for safety and operations leaders in high-risk industries.
• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks and the message house for Sales, Content, and founders.
• Drive launches with cross-functional coordination across Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing.
• Provide input to demand and content teams; develop customer proof-point content with partners.
