Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the go-to-market strategy, product messaging, and market research for our products. The ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional collaborations, effectively prioritizing and executing projects that align with company goals and adapt quickly to evolving needs. They will have strong written and oral communication skills, excel at managing multiple projects at the same time, and tackle problems with a strategic mindset.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Develop clear, compelling, and consistent product messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Create customer-facing materials including flyers, messaging guides, pitch decks, case studies, and videos to ensure alignment with product positioning.
  • Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature updates.
  • Support in the execution of launch plans, ensuring that all channels and teams are aligned.
  • Work with Sales teams to equip them with the right tools and training to sell the product effectively.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen team on campaign strategy, messaging, key audiences, and campaign performance

Market Research & Analysis :

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Conduct competitive research and create battlecards in partnership with Sales and Product teams
  • Plan and execute Sales enablement programs that equip Sales with the product / market knowledge they need to sell our products
  • Monitor internal Sales channels to provide support as needed and identify trends that can be addressed with additional resources
  • Organize and maintain all product content and resources for internal teams in our playbooks
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support teams to gather insights and align strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to ensure clear communication and understanding of product offerings.
  • Support broader Marketing team in other projects, as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Product Marketing concepts, go-to-market strategies, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Marketing tools (CRM, analytics, etc.) is a plus.
