Verkada in San Mateo, CA is hiring a founding Product Marketing Manager for Privacy and Data Security. You will define and drive Verkada’s privacy narrative, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Communications, and position our platform as a trusted privacy-first solution for enterprise customers.

This role requires deep technical curiosity, exceptional writing, and the ability to translate complex hardware capabilities into compelling collateral.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of product marketing experience in B2B technology or IoT.
• Exceptional writing skills for highly technical content.
• Extreme curiosity about privacy and enterprise data security.
• Self-directed and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Communications, Sales, Demand Generation, and Creative.

Responsibilities

• Hone Verkada’s privacy and security narrative and messaging across channels.
• Drive privacy thought leadership and asset creation, and expand the Trust Hub content.
• Serve as a cross-functional subject matter expert on data privacy across the portfolio.
• Enable the go-to-market engine by translating technical privacy concepts into compelling assets.
