This role sits at the intersection of Product, Security, Privacy/Legal, AI, Accessibility, Sales and Marketing, translating complex topics into clear, credible messaging.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in product marketing or related B2B SaaS roles, with a track record in partnering across functions and enabling sales.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, product management, technology marketing, or a related B2B SaaS role.
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear, customer-facing messaging.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal/Privacy, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain market-facing positioning and messaging for privacy, AI data use, security, and accessibility.
• Communicate how customer data is collected, stored, protected, and used with cross-functional teams.
• Lead AI transparency communications and external trust resources.
• Translate complex security, privacy, AI, and accessibility concepts for customers.
• Create sales enablement materials, training, FAQs, and battle cards.
• Support customers and procurement with questions during evaluations and renewals.
• Ensure consistent messaging across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams.
