IDEXX Veterinary Software is the fastest growing part of IDEXX, developing software that helps veterinary practices run their businesses. The Product Marketing Manager, Payments, will own messaging and GTM strategies for the financial services solutions, collaborating with product, sales, and customer success.

The role requires 7+ years in product marketing, SaaS experience, and direct payments expertise. Based in Westbrook, ME or Boston area with hybrid onsite cadence.

Formación

• 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field.
• Direct experience in financial services, payments, or credit cards.
• Ability to work across functions and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record in positioning, messaging, product launches, and collateral.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
• Willing to roll up sleeves and handle strategic and tactical work.
• Love of animals is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging based on customer and market insights.
• Partner with product, partnerships, sales, and customer success to build go-to-market plans.
• Create sales enablement tools and collateral such as sell sheets and battle cards.
• Own full GTM process for Payments products with measurable KPIs.
• Create content calendar including articles, case studies, blogs, webinars.
• Map and optimize the buyer's journey to improve the sales experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IDEXX.
