As Product Marketing Manager, Payments, you will craft the narrative for our financial services solutions, shaping positioning, messaging, and content for internal and external audiences to differentiate our offerings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in SaaS organizations.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Direct experience in financial services, payments, credit cards or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging strategy based on customer understanding, competitive intelligence, and market insights.
• Uncover insights to lead to breakthrough messaging and differentiated GTM tactics; support insight gathering with internal research teams.
• Deliver clear and concise sales enablement tools and collateral.
• Take ownership of the full go-to-market process for Payments products, with clear goals and KPIs.
• Create content and collateral to drive customer acquisition and engagement across channels.
• Map and optimize the buyer's journey to enhance sales enablement and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IDEXX to execute go-to-market plans.
