As Product Marketing Manager, Payments, you will shape product positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market plans across cross‑functional teams. This role blends strategy and execution, with influence on roadmaps and acceleration of adoption

Qualifications

• You must have direct experience in financial services, payments, credit cards or related fields.
• Appetite for a fast-moving collaborative environment.
• Extensive experience in positioning and messaging, leading product launches, and creating content and collateral.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging strategy based on customer understanding, competitive intelligence, and market insights.
• Uncover customer and market insights to drive breakthrough messaging and differentiated GTM tactics.
• Support sales with enablement tools, collateral, and direction on customer needs.
• Own full go-to-market process for Payments products with measurable goals and KPI’s.
• Create customer acquisition and engagement programs to drive satisfaction and advocacy.
• Develop a calendar of product content with content teams for sales and demand gen.
• Map and optimize buyer’s journey to enhance the purchase experience.
