Job summary

Cengage Group seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive GTM readiness by translating market insights into clear messaging and enablement assets. You will partner with Product Management, GTM teams, and Sales to support market-informed positioning and launch readiness across assigned products.

You will analyze market dynamics, develop core value propositions and target personas, and create sales tools and demos.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Support GTM readiness and product launches by coordinating messaging and timelines across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
Lead analysis of market dynamics and competitive landscape to inform positioning and roadmap communication.
Collect and synthesize voice-of-customer and field insights to support messaging and enablement materials.
Shape and influence product roadmap development with market inputs.
Develop and maintain foundational product messaging and target personas.
Inform Sales Enablement with tools for GTM execution, including demos and one-pagers.
Own product messaging across web and marketing channels for consistency.
Drive industry visibility through awards, sponsorships, certifications, and events.
