Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity and timely completion of projects and programs across departments.
• Monitor plant performance and recommend operational changes to meet capacity, delivery, and cost targets.
• Liaise between Marketing and Plant Sales, Service, representatives, and customers.
• Provide progress updates through oral and written reports and presentations.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and programs to achieve sales goals profitably.
• Collect and disseminate product performance and applications information to the sales force.
• Analyze market potential, competitive pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Support resolution of customer complaints through prompt investigation.
