Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline.
• 7+ years in product management or sales administration.
• Willingness to travel 10-25%.
• Experience with P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of projects and programs across departments.
• Monitor plant performance and advise on production changes.
• Liaise between Marketing, Sales, and Customers.
• Develop marketing plans to achieve profitable sales goals.
• Establish systems for disseminating product performance data to the sales force.
• Analyze market potential, pricing, policies, and promotions.
• Suggest new products or expansion opportunities.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints through prompt investigations.
