Kyocera-AVX is seeking a skilled Product Marketing professional to implement and manage regional programs under the Sr. Director, North America Marketing.

The role focuses on developing and executing a profitable product marketing business plan and coordinating with Engineering, Production, R&D, and Quality teams to drive initiatives. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product management or sales administration within electronics, with strong attention to detail and willingness to travel 10–25%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably, in Engineering or a technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in a product manager / sales administration experience, preferably in Electronic Components.
• Attention to travel: 10-25%.
• Experience managing P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuity and timely completion of projects and programs by coordinating departments.
• Monitor plant performance and recommend changes to meet capacity, delivery, quality, and cost targets.
• Liaise between Marketing, Plant Sales, Sales Service, reps, and customers.
• Provide progress reports and presentations to groups inside and outside KAVX.
• Develop marketing plans and programs to achieve profitable sales goals.
• Maintain systems for collecting and sharing product performance information with the sales force.
• Determine present and future market potential for all assigned products.
• Analyze competition, pricing, policies, and promotions.
• Suggest deleting non-profitable products and propose new or expanded offerings.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints through prompt investigation.
