You will collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Creative, and Brand teams to define positioning, develop campaigns, and shape customer interactions with their money daily. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has extensive experience in financial services or consumer rewards, and combines creative and analytical thinking.

You Will
  • Strategy & Positioning
    • Lead go-to-market strategy for Cash App Card habituation, from launch to long-term engagement campaigns.
    • Develop promotional pricing strategies and benefits in partnership with product teams to foster growth among existing users and new segments.
    • Create compelling product positioning and messaging based on research, insights, and competitive landscape.
    • Collaborate with other Card marketing partners to craft a cohesive story across all card benefits.
    • Utilize customer insights and experimentation to inform product roadmap and feature improvements.
  • Go-To-Market
    • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (owned, paid, in-app, partnerships) focusing on evergreen initiatives to increase card usage.
    • Create performance reports and insights to guide future marketing strategies.
    • Identify and activate key audience segments to boost Card engagement.
  • Cross Functional Leadership
    • Present marketing strategies to senior leadership to secure buy-in.
    • Partner with PR, brand, creative, and growth teams to generate awareness and excitement around key initiatives.
  • Insights & Measurement
    • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and growth.
    • Work with Data Science and Finance to assess campaign impact and growth metrics.
    • Use customer insights and experimentation to shape product roadmap priorities.
    • Monitor and optimize Card usage and engagement across user cohorts.
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing efforts.
You Have
  • 8-10+ years in consumer product marketing with a proven track record in product strategy.
  • Deep expertise in card products, including rewards programs, incentives, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience developing scalable card marketing frameworks.
  • Strong perspective on card product strategy and growth opportunities.
  • Ability to synthesize customer insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to optimize card programs.
  • Track record of identifying market opportunities and competitive advantages in cards.
  • History of achieving measurable business outcomes through card marketing.
  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership.
