The anticipated salary range for this role is between $100,000 and $150,000. The specific salary offered will depend on individual qualifications, experience, and current market conditions. As a Credit Card Platform Product Owner, you will evaluate customer interactions from pre-market research through existing data to find new ways to improve customer experience and exceed expectations.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Understand Jenius Bank’s product goals related to the Credit Card platform.
  • Identify the 'Why' and 'What' for Credit Card platform configurations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to accept and execute business requirements.
  • Own and maintain the strategic Credit Card platform product roadmap.
  • Align the roadmap with Jenius Bank’s digital strategy.
  • Plan execution with Jenius Bank and Credit Card platform’s technology team.
  • Support platform upgrades and enhancements.
  • Manage product configurations, testing, and validation.
  • Provide strategic input into the platform roadmap.
  • Leverage the platform to support strategic needs and influence the long-term roadmap.
  • Influence the backlog of user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in iteration and program planning activities.
  • Monitor development progress and update stakeholders.
  • Apply Agile methods and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Assist with defect monitoring and remediation to minimize risks.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner leading digital application teams.
  • Experience using data analytics to improve customer experience and meet business objectives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in decision-making.
  • Experience in Agile environments and tools like Jira.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially Credit Card products or Fintech solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Knowledge of core processors (e.g., Zeta, FIS, i2C, TSYS, Corserv).
  • Experience managing stakeholder groups and working in highly regulated environments.
