Job summary

LightEdge Solutions in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape how we position and launch our private cloud, AI infrastructure, and related offerings.

You will own storytelling, messaging, and collateral, partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive demand, and support analyst relations with Gartner.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B product marketing, experience with VMware/IBM/Nutanix, and a proven ability to connect programs to pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology.
• Experience marketing VMware, IBM, or Nutanix solutions via partners/MSP.
• Practical understanding of AI and how businesses use it today.
• Experience connecting marketing programs to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Collaborative and organized with multi-project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Gartner or other analysts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run go-to-market for products and services with adoption and revenue goals.
• Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions showing business value.
• Create sales tools, collateral, customer stories, and content for demand generation.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on campaigns to grow pipeline.
• Track marketing's contribution to revenue, including pipeline and cross-sell results.
• Provide analyst input to support pricing and packaging decisions.
• Support Gartner and other analysts with briefings and inquiries.
• Share analyst insights to inform messaging and roadmap.
• Research market trends, buyer needs across private cloud, hybrid infra, and AI.
• Share customer feedback with Product Management to inform roadmaps.
