Job summary

Arena Intelligence is seeking a Product Marketer to shape how millions understand and evaluate AI models in the real world. You will own the consumer-facing narrative, clarifying what the product does, why it matters, and how users should assess frontier AI models for real-world needs.

As a core member of our Marketing team, you’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Community to improve onboarding, storytelling, and go-to-market launches, translating complex evaluation methods

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Consumer Marketing.
• Translate complex technical or data-heavy systems into clear consumer narratives.
• Partner with Product and Design on onboarding, UX copy, and feature launches.
• Lead go-to-market efforts for consumer-facing products or features.
• Demonstrate empathy for users and strong instincts for clarity and usability.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity in an early‑stage, fast-moving environment.
• Proactive, self‑directed work style with strong ownership and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own consumer-facing positioning and messaging across Arena’s core consumer product surfaces, ensuring users understand what Arena is, how it works, and why it’s trustworthy.
• Define and refine value propositions for Arena’s user experiences grounded in real-world use cases.
• Partner with Product and Design to improve onboarding, navigation, and feature discovery for new and existing users.
• Lead go-to-market efforts for consumer-facing launches, updates, and experiments—including launch messaging and in-product education.
• Translate Arena’s evaluation methodology into clear, accessible explanations without oversimplifying credibility.
• Develop frameworks to explain model differences, strengths, and tradeoffs for user decisions.
• Collect and synthesize user insights to inform messaging and product direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency between what Arena is and how it’s perceived.
