Arena Intelligence seeks a Product Marketer to shape how millions understand, experience, and evaluate AI models in real-world use. You will own the consumer-facing narrative, clarifying what Arena does, why it matters, and how users should engage to evaluate frontier AI models.

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will work at the intersection of product, data, community, and storytelling. This is a high-impact role focused on making Arena intuitive, credible, and indispensable for

Qualifications

• Translating complex AI concepts into clear consumer narratives.
• Experiencing product marketing in SaaS or data-driven products.
• Partnering with Product, Design, and Research on onboarding and UX copy.
• Leading GTM launches for consumer-facing features.

Responsibilities

• Own consumer-facing positioning and messaging across Arena surfaces.
• Refine value propositions for user experiences like comparisons, leaderboards, routing.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to improve onboarding and feature discovery.
• Lead GTM efforts for launches, updates, and experiments including messaging and education.
• Translate evaluation methodology into accessible explanations without losing rigor.
• Explain model differences and tradeoffs to help user decisions.
• Synthesize user insights to inform product direction and prioritization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent perception of Arena.
