Arena Intelligence in California is seeking a Product Marketer to shape how millions understand, experience, and evaluate AI models in real-world contexts. You will own the consumer-facing narrative, clarifying what the product does, why it matters, and how users should evaluate frontier AI models for their needs.

As a core member of the Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will influence discovery, onboarding, and feature launches, translating complex evaluation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Consumer Marketing roles in SaaS/AI or data-driven products.
• Ability to translate complex technical or data-heavy systems into clear consumer-facing narratives.
• Experience partnering with Product and Design on onboarding, UX copy, and feature launches.
• Proven track record leading go-to-market efforts for consumer-facing products or features.
• Strong empathy for users and clarity, trust, and usability.
• Excellent communication across written, verbal, and visual media.
• Comfort working in ambiguity in a fast-moving early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Own consumer-facing positioning and messaging across Arena’s core product surfaces.
• Define and refine value propositions grounded in real-world use cases.
• Partner with Product and Design to improve onboarding, navigation, and feature discovery.
• Lead go-to-market efforts for consumer-facing launches and updates.
• Translate evaluation methodology into clear explanations without oversimplifying.
• Develop frameworks to explain model differences, strengths, and tradeoffs to users.
• Collect user insights to inform messaging and product direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency between product, perception, and messaging.
