Job summary

Baseten is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead developer-focused GTM programs for our native AI and enterprise customers, with a strong focus on post-training offerings. You’ll craft technical narratives and assets that resonate with engineering leaders and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in developer tools or SaaS.
• Proven success creating technical product marketing content and campaigns targeting developer audiences.
• Working understanding of the LLM landscape: post-training, open-weight and closed models.

Responsibilities

• Positioning messaging for Baseten’s inference platform to developers and enterprise customers.
• Shape narratives around closed-to-open weights models and post-training ROI.
• Own go-to-market launches for new features, collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and growth teams.
• Create marketing assets: white papers, technical blogs, demos, and case studies.
• Enable sales with resources that communicate Baseten’s capabilities and benefits.
• Provide market insights with competitive analyses to inform positioning.
